Lowe's faced the challenge of maintaining year-round engagement with their lawn and garden customers, catering to their lawn care needs across nine distinct lawn regions while considering regional nuances and customer preferences. My primary responsibility in this endeavor was to design the visual look and feel for the marketing web app, serving as a valuable resource for Lowe's customers.

Specifically, I conceptualized and implemented the visual design elements that defined the user experience of the marketing web app, focusing on creating an engaging and user-friendly interface. I designed the user interface with intuitive navigation, clear information presentation, and an aesthetically pleasing layout. Ensuring alignment with Lowe's branding guidelines was crucial for consistency and trust. I also optimized the overall user experience by making the questionnaire user-friendly, easy-to-understand recommendations, and informative articles readily accessible. Through these efforts, I contributed to Lowe's goal of keeping their lawn and garden customers engaged year-round, facilitating a stronger connection between Lowe's and its valued customers.
