Our team was tasked with taking a corporate mission
and making it memorable for their employees to believe
in their work and share what makes them a KPMG'er. Each part of The KPMG Story was divided into 20 individual eye-catching badges to collect.

Leveraging Gamification

To get employees to actively post and share their daily Story-worthy experience we designed special badges for each part of the story and inspire employees to collect as many badges as possible.

A Rousing Success

Employees were excited with Spot the Story, a week after launch 18,000 posts were live on the platform for reading a sharing with others. Employee's personally saw themselves in the KPMG Story.
